Legal situation in the UK
Unfortunately there are no clear laws about practising TCM in Poland. We estimate, that about 50 doctors and therapists are practising acupuncture and/or herbal therapy according to TCM theories, with about 2/3 doctor/therapist ratio. Unknown number of doctors are using so-called “medical acupuncture”. Insurance reimbursementAcupuncture in the treatment of pain is funded by National Health Fund (NFZ) only if done in Pain Management Clinic.
